Sameer started in Wakad real estate in 2015, when Datta Mandir Road was still half construction sites. Over 11 years he has watched - and helped - the suburb grow into one of Pune's most in-demand residential markets for IT professionals working in Hinjewadi.
Today Skyline Realty handles resale transactions, new project bookings, rentals and NRI purchases from its office at Silver Arc Plaza - with most new clients arriving through referrals from old ones.
